Biography:
Ronald Belford Scott (born July 9, 1946, d. February 19, 1980) is an Australian rock singer, member of the band AC / DC.
Born in Scotland, but at the age of six years he emigrated with his family to Australia. At age 15 he left school. The first team to The Spektors Scott, which he joined in 1964 after performances with other teams (including the Fraternity) in 1974 teamed up with AC / DC (replacing removed from the team of Dave Evans). Together with the band has recorded seven studio albums. Prior to joining AC / DC played drums and bagpipes in a hippie band.
He died on 19 February 1980 as a result of choking on her own vomit, which were caused by drinking large quantities of alcohol. Bon Scott lies in the cemetery in the Australian city of Fremantle.
